Florida Sun Grown had the pleasure of participating in the 2023 Drew Estate Florida Barn Smoker, an event celebrating the art of tobacco growing and cigar making at our farm in Clermont, FL.
The Barn Smoker, known as “The Greatest American Tobacco Experience,” is more than just an event; it’s a vibrant celebration of tobacco and the cigar-making industry. Where cigar enthusiasts, industry professionals, and tobacco farmers unite for a day that’s as educational as it is entertaining.
One of the most memorable aspects of the Florida Barn Smoker was the opportunity our guests had to sample some of the most exclusive cigar blends. Among these, is the Drew Estate “20 Acre Farm” line, featuring our very own Florida Sun Grown tobacco, a true testament to the quality and uniqueness of our produce.
Beyond the cigars, guests enjoyed guided tours of the Florida Sun Grown farm, gaining valuable insights into the meticulous process of tobacco cultivation and curing. These tours, alongside live demonstrations, offered a comprehensive look into the artistry and science behind traditional cigar-making methods.
Thank you to every single person who came out to this year’s Florida Barn Smoker! This was the largest Barn Smoker we’ve ever had at the FSG Tobacco Farm and it was nothing short of amazing! We also want to give a shout-out to Drew Estate’s crew and all the vendors that came out.
